The obligatory Health & Safety Course

I have just had an email to say that I am required to attend a 1/2 day manual handling course,  4 hours of my life that I will never get back that is dedicated to lifting a box correctly!  oh well. At least it is half a day out of the store. Has anyone else done this course before? It’s a barrel of laughs!not!!!!!!!!
